These Terms of Service govern your use of zaspera.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

THE SHORT VERSION
Order honestly, be over 18, and we will send you a dog bed. Prices are in USD. Our guarantee and shipping terms live on their own pages and form part of this agreement.

1. Who We Are

Zaspera is an online store operated by an individual merchant registered in Norway, selling worldwide. Contact: zasperasupport@gmail.com

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are.

3. Products

We sell one product: a calming donut-style dog bed, available in three colors and several sizes.

We photograph and describe it as accurately as we can. Colors can vary slightly between screens, and handmade textile products vary marginally in shade and pile. Measurements are approximate and given as guidance for choosing a size.

Our bed is a comfort product. It is not a medical or therapeutic device, and we make no health claims about it. If your dog has a health condition, speak to your veterinarian.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless your checkout displays otherwise
Shipping is free worldwide; the price shown is the price you pay us
Import duties and customs fees charged by your own country are not included and are your responsibility
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or another listed provider
We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed

5. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if:

The product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred
We cannot ship to your address
We suspect fraud or abuse of our guarantee
The order appears to be for resale rather than personal use

6. Shipping, Returns and Our Guarantee

Delivery windows are set out in our Shipping Policy. Our 30-Night Sleep Test, refund terms and the video evidence we ask for are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Both pages form part of these Terms.

7. Using the Site

You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Scrape, copy or republish our content without permission
Submit false information, fraudulent orders, or fabricated guarantee claims

8. Intellectual Property

The Zaspera name, logo, product photography, written content and site design belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

If you send us photos or videos — including guarantee claim footage — you keep ownership of them. We use them only to handle your claim, as described in our Privacy Policy, and never in marketing unless you give separate written permission.

9. Reviews and Submissions

If you post a review or send us feedback, you grant us permission to display it. We may decline to publish content that is abusive, unlawful, or unrelated to the product. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything on this page.

11. Product Use

Please use the bed sensibly. Supervise dogs that chew bedding, keep it away from open flame and heat sources, and stop using it if it becomes damaged. We are not responsible for harm resulting from misuse or from continued use of a damaged product.

12. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it. We will update the date at the top when we make changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
